  • Summer garden salad- fresh leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts, spring onion, radish and Kawakawa lime dressing – gf df vegan
  • Roasted Kumara Trio- orange, red onion, Italian parsley, mint, Raglan honey mustard dressing- gf df vege
  • Beetroot roquette slaw-shredded cabbage, grated beetroot and carrot, roquette, celery, fresh herbs, toasted tamari seeds and Horopito citrus vinaigrette- gf df vegan
  • Baby cos Caesar with parmesan, garlic sourdough croutons, soft boiled egg and caesar dressing – vege

  • Slow roasted Lamb shoulder, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and lemon – gf
  • Crispy pork belly with nam jim sauce, fried shallots, chilli, lime and coriander – gf
  • Whole salmon side w tamarind glaze, grilled lemon- gf
  • Vietnamese green chicken curry, lemongrass, kaffir lime, broccoli, green beans, bok choy, mung beans, coriander – gf
  • Beef rump and pineapple braise, baby onions, garlic, ginger and coriander

Carvery  $9.95 each per person

  • Chargrilled Beef Scotch fillet w horseradish aioli – gf
  • Glazed whole Champagne Ham on the bone w mustards and pickles

Gourmet seafood platter  $15.00 each per person

  • Prawns in chipotle adobo sauce
  • Marinated green lipped mussels
  • Hot smoked salmon
  • Smoked Kahawai pate
  • Coconut lime white fish cerviche
  • Sour dough crostini
  • Kelp aioli

Dessert  $8.50 each per person

  • Warm Raglan Chocolate brownie with Waikato mascarpone vanilla cream and berry compote
  • Pavlova Grazing board- Mini pavlovas, chantilly cream, passionfruit syrup, kiwifruit, berries, chocolate bits – gf
  • Golden syrup steam pudding cake, honey comb, butterscotch sauce and fresh cream
  • Stone fruit, honey and almond crumble, coconut yoghurt

Fresh fruit platter  $5.50 each per person

  • Freshly cut seasonal fruit selection served with coconut yoghurt
