Plated Food

Entrees

  • Pohutukawa Smoked Duck, hazelnut, dark cherry compote, crispy duck skin crumble, orange salad – gf
  • Beetroot cured salmon, beetroot gel, pickled baby beets, fennel, lemon crème fraiche, cornichon caper salsa, Raglan sourdough croute – gf
  • Rare beef fillet Tataki, ponzu, chilli, cucumber, fried shallots, green onion – gf
  • Roast garlic and thyme polenta, goats cheese, sage, pine nuts, puffed quinoa, brown butter sauce – gf vege

Main- all come served with seasonal vegetables

  • Seared Lamb cutlets, smoked shoulder, agria pompoms, pea puree, horopito parmesan crumb, mint labneh- gf
  • Beef fillet, smoked mushroom duxelle, root vegetable dauphinoise, brown onion puree, roast shallots, roast garlic jus – gf
  • Prosciutto wrapped Chicken breast stuffed with tarragon mousse, kumara fondant, roasted corn puree, lime chimichurri salsa – gf
  • Market fish, lemon caper beurre blanc, scallop potatoes, roasted cherry tomato red pepper salsa, olive – gf

  • Raglan chocolate and hazelnut fudge torte, milk chocolate mousse, caramelised banana, tuille biscuit, vanilla mascarpone

Plated meal pricing

2 courses either Entrée/Main or Main/Dessert  $60 per person + gst

3 courses Entrée/Main and Dessert $75 per person + gst
